Is your Ecommerce Store Holiday Ready?

Consider both the first 3 quarters of this year and the holidays from last year—then anticipate a sizeable bump.

Ensure a smooth shopping experience (and optimal conversion) with proper load testing, page-load speed analysis, and cross-browser testing (for multiple devices)

3. PRODUCTION FREEZE

Freeze all production deployments from 11/14/14 – 1/2/15. No need to stop work. Just deploy new features to staging and prep to go live after the New Year.

4. PROMOTION

Entice holiday shoppers who are ready to purchase by offering free gift wrap, personalized cards, bundled products, discounts, or free shipping.

5. DIGITAL MARKETING

Design and implement seasonally-relevant creative across key acquisition and conversion channels such as email, search, remarketing, and display.

6. SHIPPING BANNER

Remind customers about the last day they can order gifts and ensure holiday arrival. Make time to design your shipping banner, code it, and launch before the freeze.
