Jon leads SD's Software Development practice. He is responsible for the design and quality control of our custom software and establishment of our software development policies and procedures. He also leads SD's internal training program, seeking out new technologies that improve the business and design of software.

A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Jon earned a B.S. in Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Sciences from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, a school in the Microsoft Alliance. In his college years, Jon was the front man and guitarist for his band, Jonny and the Idiots and remains a devoted follower of cricket and rugby.
