James is a graduate of Rutgers University where his primary concentration was Psychology, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also has the neatest handwriting in the entire company and keeps a perilously high stack of napkins on his desk at all times

James is an IT veteran with a wide range of experience. His areas of expertise include custom Software Development, WiFi Networking, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and Help Desk Management. At SD, James is responsible for project management across our practice groups. He was instrumental in the rollout, delivery, and deployment of over 2,000 Motorola handhelds to Kawasaki Rail Car and New York City Transit and conducted comprehensive training for subway operators and inspectors.
