Website redesign and SEO: www.care-one.com
CareOne is family-owned with more than 45 years of healthcare experience, operating 29 care centers throughout New Jersey.
CareOne provides an array of health care services, including skilled nursing, sub-acute rehabilitation, Azheimer’s/memory care, assisted living, and more. One of their objectives for the new website was to highlight and explain each line of service. In addition to implementing a web 2.0 Services Widget to explain each line of service at a glance, SD offered landing pages with more in-depth information. We also integrated with a live chat service enabling visitors to interact with CareOne service professionals in real time, which provides much needed guidance and direction for families during what is often a time of major crisis.
Being an organization that prides itself in providing great growth opportunities and stability for their employees, CareOne wanted to leverage the website as a platform for recruiting new team members. In response to that objective, SD added a careers section where we integrated the site with the CareerBuilder API, allowing prospective employees to be able to search and apply for jobs at CareOne without ever having to leave the site. We also implemented streaming video, which CareOne leverages to showcase employee testimonials.
In just under a month since the launch of the website redesign, initial Analytics show us that organic visits have increased 4.25%, pageviews have increased 15.60%, pages per visit have increased 12.53% and the average time on site has increased 23.08%. And what’s more, SD has saved CareOne thousands of dollars a year in Pay Per Click advertising through strategic on-page SEO by utilizing their core services as keywords throughout the site.
SD really enjoyed the experience of getting to work closely with the CareOne team on this project, and we have high expectations that the new website will be a successful tool in helping to convey the CareOne experience of exceptional care in extraordinary residential settings.
